Paul Nash
In a career spanning over 40 years, Paul has worked for some of the UK’s leading international construction companies and built environment consultancies, advising clients throughout the development lifecycle.
He is a Past-President and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and chair of the CIOB’s Quality Implementation Group.
In the wake of the Grenfell Tower fire, he was appointed to chair the working group on procurement as part of the Independent Review of Building Regulations and Fire Safety led by Dame Judith Hackitt and he currently sits on the Industry Safety Steering Group that was established in 2018 and reports to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government.
He regularly speaks at industry events about issues effecting the construction sector and is a member of the Building Advisory Committee that advises the Building Safety Regulator on the safety and standards of all buildings.
Paul has an MSc in Project Management from the University of Reading and is an Alumni of Henley Management College.
