Jansons purchase land unconditionally and achieve consents for commercial uses including retail, offices, industrial, nurseries and self-storage. A lot of the times these sites are mixed use, combining different assets to produce a multi-purpose site. Exits are key for us in this sector as we always seek to achieve a pre-let to an occupier and work with an organisation to provide us an exit on a funding basis.
