Jansons have identified the care sector as having significant growth potential. This ranges from the provision of care homes to retirement villages.

Whilst our involvement in this sector is at an early stage, sites have been secured which have potential for a care use. Terms are agreed on a number of further sites which will only enhance our involvement in this important sector. We are flexible in terms of potential deal structure with a vendor, ranging from an unconditional purchase, subject to planning, option or promotion agreement.
