Jansons Property are excited to announce that we are pursuing a planning application for 13 high-quality private apartments and 2 retail units set around a courtyard.

We are in dialogue with East Hants District Council and we are embarking on a public consultation which included a public meeting held on the 12th September.

Dragon Court, Petersfield Dragon Court, Petersfield

Further meetings have been held with Petersfield Town Council, Petersfield Society and local residents.

Our application was submitted on the 7th November and it is our target to secure consent by March 2018.
